The history and the development of the company

Founded in 1994
Established Shanghai Majesty Food Ingredient Co., Ltd.in Shanghai in 2001, responsible for the business in East China.
Established Guangxi Nanning Xinhe Food Ingredient Co., Ltd.in 2004 to develop the market in Southwest China and in the area of ASEAN.
Established TOIC (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong in 2004 to strengthen the relationship with overseas’ customers and suppliers, and to develop the import and export business.
Established Unitech Sweet (Zibo) Ltd in 2005 and established Shandong Zhongyi in 2011,joint-ventured with Shandong Zhong Ben Investment Co., Ltd.,to produce and sale the most advanced and the safest sweetener – Sucralose.
Established Guangzhou Rongze Biotech Co., Ltd. in 2006, joint-ventured with Taiwan Huli Co., Ltd., to produce and sale sweeteners’ blend.
Established Trans Ocean Development Co., Ltd., responsible for sales, marketing and business development in South China and other areas.
